A Live In Care Introductory Agency
Our concept is defined by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as an introductory agency which is in line with the Health and Social Care Act 2008. This model is approved by the CQC but falls outside the scope of their regulations as we are introductory agency only so have no involvement in the care side, only providing you with choices of carers to cover any gaps in your care.
Instead of employing the carers we work with directly, we match clients with self-employed carers of your choice who will work for you and alongside you to care for your loved ones needs.
Our self-employed carers will work directly with the client as per the terms and conditions. Any care agreements will be between you and the carer only. Our carers will work with you and any third parties e.g. District Nurses, local councils and Social Workers. The carers are solely responsible for the care implemented and responsible for keeping any training up to date as we are purely here for the initial introduction and to maintain a continuous flow of carers of your choice when needed. Being an introductory agency, we do not have an ongoing role in the directional control of the service provided.

Data Protection - We take the matter of Data Protection very seriously and can only use your personal data under law if we have a good reason for doing so. The information we collect about you are; contact details, food and carer preferences, financial data for payment, health data, your location and any legal data. For data privacy we will only collect information from yourself directly or from an authorised representative who has confirmed that they are authorised to provide information on your behalf.
